Forbes Joins Rochester Rhinos

SYRACUSE, New York - 2014-2015 Silver Knight MVP Kenardo Forbes recently was signed to the Rochester Rhinos for their 2015 season. On March 27th, the Rochester Rhinos finalized their roster that included the Jamaican midfielder.
Forbes made his preseason debut for the Rhinos on March 15th in a scoreless draw against the Cornel Big Red. Forbes made his second appearance in Rochester on March 20th in a 4-0 win for the Rhinos over the Syracuse Orange. In each of the preseason matches Forbes recorded 1 shot but missed them both.
After his preseason play, Head Coach Bob Lilley made the decision to sign the midfielder to a contract for the 2015 season.
The Rhinos made their regular season debut March 28th in New York City taking on the New York Red Bull II. The entertaining match finished in a scoreless draw. Although Forbes did not start, he made his debut as a sub in the 74' of the match.

Bob Lilley is excited for what Forbes can bring to his squad. "He is a creative midfielder with really good vision and awareness. With his creativity, he has the ability to both score and set players up from the midfield position."
