Flying Tigers/Manatees Game Posponed

Lakeland Flying Tigers News Release


Lakeland, FL - Today's scheduled Florida State League game between the Lakeland Flying Tigers and the Brevard County Manatees has been postponed due to heavy rain and wet playing conditions at Joker Marchant Stadium. Today's game will be made up as part of a doubleheader on Thursday, June 17 at 5:00 p.m.

Tomorrow's 10:30 a.m. game will be played as scheduled. The following is planned for the game:

The Flying Tigers will be hosting Polk County students in the first of two Polk County Education Day games at Marchant Stadium. Students will have the opportunity to participate in on-field promotions as well as special game announcers. Tickets to the game and lunch are provided by the Detroit Tigers Foundation of Florida.

KRAFT Singles Tuesday Tickets. Fans receive a special buy one, get one free ticket offer by bringing a KRAFT Singles package wrapper to the ticket office.
