Effective 7/31: RHP Gavin Floyd will join Scranton/Wilkes-Barre (AAA) ... RHP Lee Gwaltney will be added to the Reading roster from Clearwater (AAA).

Obtained: Phillies 1st round selection (4th overall) in June 2001 draft.
