
Florida Stingrays Announce First Mini-Camp Workout

On Saturday, January 12 and Sunday, January 13, Approximately 60 Florida Stingray hopefuls who have made the first cut, will be participating in the first mini-camp. The mini-camp will take place at Bishop Verot High School in the Vikings stadium on Saturday from 12:00 p.m. - 3:00 p.m. and on Sunday from 1:00 p.m. - 4:00 p.m. Fans are invited to come and get a look at the extraordinary talent produced in SW Florida, as well as a few ex-NFL players, such as ex-Miami Dolphins WR Kendall Newson, who will be trying out for the team as well. Of the 60 attendees, only 30 will make it through the 4 mini-camp's and on to the final roster, so competition will be fierce.
