Florida Flight News Release

(Orlando, FL) - The Florida Flight is proud to announce a partnership with Nashville Sports Entertainment (NSE).

The terms of this agreement adds NSE business partners Logan Sekulow and William Haynes to the Flight ownership group.

"Partnering with NSE further diversifies our ownership group, adding more creative juices and brand marketing expertise," said Mark King, Majority Owner and President of the Flight.

Sekulow and Haynes are no strangers to Central Florida. Haynes grew up in Longwood, FL and attended Orangewood Christian School. Sekulow attended Full Sail University, becoming the youngest graduate in the school's history in 2001. Sekulow worked for Nickelodeon at Universal Studios and has hosted multiple television specials from Walt Disney World.

"Having roots in the Orlando area as well as a like-minded business model made the Florida Flight a perfect fit," Haynes said. "We jumped at the opportunity to get involved."

In the world of basketball, people know of NSE as the owners of the Franklin Knights, a professional basketball team in the Nashville suburbs. In their inaugural season in the WBA, the team competed in the league Championship game. The team, set to play its sophomore season, was abruptly derailed by a death in Sekulow's family, forcing a delay which led to the decision to suspend operations for 2011.

"This delay isn't one caused by many of the financial strains that are often associated with minor league sports," Sekulow explained on the Knights' team Website. The partnership with the Flight is proof positive of that.

"On the court, The Flight are an excellent team - I can say that because I have been their opponent," said Sekulow. "Off the court, Mark and the entire organization are the most dedicated and hard-working group I've seen in minor league basketball."

The Flight and NSE share a similar point of view that easily brought these organizations together.

"The Flight has a mission that perfectly aligns with what we aim to produce in Franklin," Sekulow explained. "The goal is, and will be for our new partnership with the Flight, to create a product that delivers a family friendly and Christian message to communities." Sekulow added.

In addition to ownership in the company, Sekulow will assume the position of Director of Brand Management. This role will give him the task of creating a higher-level media presence for the Florida Flight.

"My goal for this season is to launch a new website in time for the home opener," Sekulow said. "After that launch I will analyze all uses of the Flight brand. The Flight will look as professional off the court as they already are on the court."

"We're excited to welcome Logan and Will into the Flight ownership group," said King. "I'm confident that their expertise in media and brand management will help us set a new standard of excellence in minor league basketball."

The Florida Flight is a member team of the Continental Basketball League. Its mission is to utilize the platform of professional basketball to invest in the lives of others.
