
Flight Holds Exhibition Contest Saturday Versus Asheville

HUNTSVILLE, Ala., November 6, 2002 â It will be the first opportunity to catch the 2002-2003 Huntsville Flight squad Saturday as they take on the Asheville Altitude in a 3:30 p.m. exhibition game at Alabama A&M University's Elmore Gym. Admission is free to the contest.
The exhibition contest is part of a tripleheader as the Alabama A&M men and women take on the University of Alabama at Huntsville in both men's and women's basketball action following the Flight's tilt.
The game continues the close partnership between the Flight and Alabama A&M. The two will hold "Hoops Hysteria" Jan. 18 where A&M will face Alabama State in a women and men's doubleheader, while the Flight battles North Charleston in a 6 p.m. contest at the Von Braun Center.
The Flight's second season opens Nov. 15 at Roanoke in a 7 p.m. EST contest. The Flight begins the home portion of their schedule six days later on Nov. 21 when they take on North Charleston in a 7:30 p.m. tipoff.
Fans can purchase season ticket packages, individual game and group tickets for Huntsville Flight games at the Von Braun Center now by calling (256) 429-1000. Single game tickets are available in the following price ranges: $20, $15, $10 and $5 upper bowl children's tickets for those 12 years and younger.
