Firedancers hold auditions

The New York Dragons will be holding auditions for the 2007 FireDancers on October 28th at 9:00am. The auditions will be held at the Mitchel Field Practice Facility in Uniondale, NY. All participants must be 18 or older to audition.
Registration will take place at 8:30am sharp at Mitchel field and all applicants must bring a picture and résumé. Applicants must come dressed in flesh-colored tights, "hot pants" and a "crop-top."
By 9:00am, all applicants should be warmed up and ready to learn a routine prepared by the FireDancers coach and choreographer, Phyllis Montalvo. Auditions will start at approximately 9:45am followed by a series of cuts and one-on-one interviews.
"We are looking for talented dancers with outgoing personalities," said Montalvo. "Every year, the caliber of dancers improves and I'm excited to see the talent that enthusiastic women will bring to Long Island this season."
