Louisville Fire News Release
LOUISVILLE, KY - The Louisville Fire (5-5) travel to Cincinnati, OH this week, to the U.S. Bank Arena at 7:30pm, looking to rebound from a loss a week ago against the Fort Wayne Fusion (4-7) in Freedom Hall. Riddled with turnovers and mental mistakes the Fire worked hard this week to focus on eliminating the challenges they encountered against the Fusion.
All but being officially eliminated from the playoffs, the Jungle Kats are hungry for a win and would like nothing more than to spoil the attempts of a playoff run by a divisional foe. Even with a home field advantage, it will be a task for the Jungle Kats who currently boast the 29th ranked scoring offense and defense. The Fire currently have the 15th ranked scoring offense and claim the number one ranking in the rushing category thanks to FB Demetrius Forney.
Hundreds of Louisville Fire fans already have their tickets for what will be a heated battle in the remaining playoff race. Fire fans are encouraged to join in pre-game appetizer and drink specials at Joe's Crab Shack located at 25 Fairfield Avenue in Bellevue, Kentucky across the river from U.S. Bank Arena in Cincinnati, Ohio beginning at 4:30pm on June 23rd. For more information please call the Louisville Fire Arena Football offices at 502-368-0009.
