Fill the Bus Campaign Is Another Success
The Barrie Colts were able to gather over 3,500 pounds of food Wednesday night that they were able to give to the Barrie Food Bank.
The Colts teamed up with 4 local No Frills once again, making stops in Innisfil (John's), Angus (Justin and Stacey's), Wellington St. Barrie (Joe's) and Blake St. Barrie (Robert's) to gather all of the food.
The continues to be a successful campaign year after year for Barrie, bringing food to the food bank to distribute to the families in need.
It is now your turn Barrie Sports teams! We are challenging local hockey teams to try and gather to most amount of weighted food brought to the food bank, and if your team is capable of coming up with the most weight then your team will win a practice run by our coaches Dale Hawerchuk, Todd Miller and Mike Webb. All of this is in part with our Coach4Food Campaign.
