
Fighting Falcons Add USHL Player At Deadline

Port Huron Fighting Falcons News Release
The Port Huron Fighting Falcons, proud members of the North American Hockey League are pleased to announce that they have acquired forward Tyler Spezia from the Dubuque Fighting Saints of the USHL for Future Considerations.
Spezia, a Clinton Twp. MI native, was previously tendered by the Fighting Falcons but made the Fighting Saints out of training camp. In 23 games with the Saints, Spezia had 4 goals and 2 assists. Prior to playing in the USHL, Spezia played for Little Caesars U18 where he had 10 goals and 13 assists in 41 games.
Head Coach/GM Michael Gershon on acquiring another Spezia, " We are very excited to have Tyler back within the organization. This wasn't something that we were expecting but we will gladly welcome him back. This is a plus for our team as our guys are starting to find the net on a more consistent basis and Tyler will only help."
Spezia is the second USHL player the Fighting Falcons have acquired this year, after the recent addition of David Parrotinno from the Lincoln Stars.
