Fielders in Search of Host Families for 2011 Season

Dear Fielders Fans,

As we begin to gear up for the start of our 2nd season in Lake County we are again reaching out to you, our fans, in search of volunteers to open up their homes to the players who will be a part of the 2011 roster. By providing a home for a player, you're giving yourself and your family a select opportunity to be a part of the Fielders team.

We ask that our host families be able to provide a private bedroom for a player. Meals and transportation are not required, though it is always appreciated when they are provided when needed. In return for opening your home to a player, the Fielders will provide you with the equivalent of four season tickets as well as season ticket holder privileges and invitations. By having one of the Fielders as a guest in your home, you will have the unique opportunity to experience the thrills, joys, and behind-the-scenes look at what comes along with chasing the dream of professional baseball. Host families provide a safe and comfortable family environment - the players will provide a positive influence in our community and in your home.

Thank you for taking the time to consider our host family program. The Fielders could not exist without the support and assistance of the community-especially the generous families and individuals who have opened their homes and hearts.
