ON THE DOCKET

FCC will embark on the road for the third straight week, traveling to Bethlehem Steel FC for a Sunday match.

The teams will kick off at 4:00 p.m.

The match will be aired on Star-64 and streamed on the USL YouTube channel.

DJIBY SCORES AGAIN

Djiby had the game-winning goal against Pittsburgh, scoring in his second consecutive week.

The Senegalese forward connected with Andrew Wiedeman, who had his second assist on the year in the 55th minute.

Djiby sits in an eight-way tie for second in the USL with two goals.

Djiby, who leads the team with seven shots, received a nod to the USL Team of the Week earlier this week.

WIEDEMAN TIED FOR FIRST

Andrew Wiedeman, with two assists, shares the top spot in the USL with five other players.

The forward from San Ramon, Calif., had four assists in 2016.

HILDEBRANDT, FCC POST FIRST CLEAN SHEET

FCC blanked Pittsburgh Riverhounds for the fourth time in the series, registering a 1-0 win.

The shutout was the first for FCC in their sophomore campaign, logging 10 in 2016.

Hildebrandt made three saves in the win.

ABOUT BETHLEHEM

Bethlehem Steel FC is 0-0-1 after losing 3-2 to Rochester Rhinos.

Charlie Davis and Seku Conneh share the team lead with a goal apiece.

Tomas Romero made the start in goal for Bethlehem, making a pair of saves in the losing effort.

THE SERIES

FCC won both matches last year against Bethlehem Steel FC, posting a 2-1 road win for the franchise's first victory.

The Orange and Blue then recorded a 1-0 decision at Nippert Stadium.

Wiedeman factored in the team's 2-1 win at Bethlehem, scoring the franchise's first goal and assisting on the second.

Jimmy McLaughlin had the tally in the 1-0 win at Nippert Stadium with Omar Cummings notching the assist.

CLUB TO OPEN NEW STORE

Following a robust year of merchandise sales, FCC's store will move across the street to 43 E. 4th Street.

The retail space will increase to 800 sq. ft., four times larger than its existing space.

The store's Grand Opening is slated for Apr. 14 with a ribbon cutting ceremony planned with FCC majority owner Carl H. Lindner III and President and General Manager Jeff Berding to handle the ceremonial duties.

FCC TO MAKE APPEARANCE AT REDS

FCC will be recognized at the Reds game next Fri., Apr. 14, prior to the Reds' first pitch at 7:10 p.m.

FCC and the Reds are currently promoting a special ticket package that includes an FCC-Reds split scarf, a ticket to a Reds game for the weekend of Apr. 14-16 and an FCC match ticket voucher.

TICKET UPDATE

FCC is nearing 15,000 tickets sold for the home opener against Saint Louis FC on Apr. 15.

AUSTIN BERRY, DARYL FORDYCE DAY-TO-DAY

Austin Berry collided with a Riverhounds player in last week's game, suffering a slight concussion and is day to day. Daryl Fordyce missed the trip to Pittsburgh due to a calf strain and is also listed as day-to-day.
