Fans Chose Revere for 2010 Bobblehead

After a month of online voting, Snappers fans have made their voices heard, voting former Snappers outfielder Ben Revere their choice for the third bobblehead giveaway of the 2010 promotional schedule.
Since December 3rd fans were able to vote online at www.snappersbaseball.com on four different players that have worn a Snapper uniform. Fans were able to chose from; Ben Revere, Aaron Hicks, Danny Valencia, and Trevor Plouffe.
The month of December started off on a hot streak for Twins' 2008 first round pick Aaron Hicks as he lead for the first two week with a leading percentage of 42%. As the days went along Revere slowly cut down Hicks' lead and eventually took a 6% lead heading into the last weekend of voting. At 9:00A.M. On Monday, January 4th Revere had cemented his victory by taking 32% of the vote. Hicks finished second (23%), while Valencia (22%) barely edged out Trevor Plouffe (21%) for third place in the voting.
The full 2010 promotional schedule will be released at a later date, along with the specific giveaway dates. The start of the 2010 season is quickly approaching. Please contact a Snappers representative today to book your group outing for 2010!
