Vancouver, B.C. - The Vancouver Warriors announced today that voting is officially underway for the 2023.24 Team Awards. Fans are invited to participate by casting their votes for the recipients of the four esteemed fan-voted awards.
The unwavering support of the Warriors' fan base has been instrumental throughout this season, with record-breaking attendance at Rogers Arena and an unparalleled atmosphere. Now, we invite you to make your voice heard by selecting the players you believe deserve recognition in the following categories:
Most Valuable Player
Best Defenceman
Rookie of the Year
Unsung Hero
The voting window is now open and will conclude on Wednesday, April 10th at 11:59p.m. Fans can submit their nominations HERE.
In addition to the four fan-voted awards, the team will also announce the winner of the "Leading Scorer" Award, honouring the player who tops the Warriors' scoring charts at the conclusion of the season, as well as a new award, "Teammate of the Year", honouring the Warriors player judged to have been a significantly positive contributor both on and off the floor for the betterment of the team and his fellow Warriors players, as determined by his teammates.
The winners will be announced on Saturday, April 13th as a part of the team's Fan Appreciation Night, presented by PlayNow Sports! Tickets are available starting at just $20. Secure your seats early to ensure you don't miss out on this unforgettable event.
