Fame defeats Buzz in playoff contest

Hollywood, CA. The ABA Hollywood Fame built a 20 point first half lead and coasted to a victory over rival Maywood Buzz on the Buzz home court 141-123. Lionel Davis led the Fame with 29 points on 11 of 12 shooting. Former UCLA standout and ABA All-Star MVP Billy Knight added 26 while Juston Johnson scored 19. Additional contributors were Tarron "The Beast" Williams with 19 points and ll rebounds, while the Fame point guard Larry "Bone Collector" had a solid game with 10 points, 12 assists.
