
Falcons Single-Game Tickets Go on Sale this Saturday

Springfield, Mass. - Single-game tickets to see the Springfield Falcons, AHL affiliate of the NHL's Columbus Blue Jackets, during the 2012-2013 season go on sale this Saturday, Sept. 29 beginning at 10:00 a.m.
Fans can purchase tickets at the MassMutual Center Box Office, which will remain open on Saturday until 5:00 p.m., and online through Ticketmaster.com. During the season, the MassMutual Center Box Office will be open from 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., Monday through Friday, with the hours extended through start time on the night of Falcons home games. Tickets will be available at the box office on weekend home dates starting four hours prior to the opening face-off.
The prices for tickets during the 2012-2013 season are listed below and include a MassMutual Center facility fee:
$20 - Adult tickets
$21- Adult tickets purchased day of game vs. Connecticut, Providence
$25 - Premium tickets
$26 - Premium tickets purchased day of game vs. Connecticut, Providence
$13 - Youth tickets (17 and under)
$14 - Youth tickets purchased day of game vs. Connecticut, Providence
All Falcons ticket packages that have been paid in full along with season ticket holder jerseys are now available to be picked up at the Falcons offices, located at 45 Falcons Way on the northeast side of the MassMutual Center.
The Falcons will hold a special merchandise sale at the MassMutual Center this Saturday from 10:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m., coinciding with the release of single-game tickets. Select merchandise will be available at a 30% discount, and fans will be able to preview some of the team's new inventory that will be on sale this season.
The club will participate in the first of three preseason contests on Wednesday, Oct. 3 at 7:05 p.m. at the New England Sports Center in Marlborough, Mass. against the Providence Bruins. Springfield will then return home for its final pair of tune-ups, hosting the Worcester Sharks on Friday, Oct. 5 and the Bruins on Saturday, Oct. 6, with both games at the MassMutual Center commencing at 7:00 p.m. The preseason games will serve as the only chance for Falcons fans to see the club in action prior to the start of the regular season.
Tickets for the Falcons' home preseason contests are $12 for general admission seats and are on sale now at the MassMutual Center Box Office and online through Ticketmaster.com.
The Falcons open up the regular season Saturday, Oct. 13, when they welcome the St. John's IceCaps to Springfield at 7:00 p.m. Ticket packages to see the Falcons this season start as low as $112 and can be purchased by calling (413) 739-GOAL (4625).
