Falcons Sign Draft Pick to Tender

Port Huron Fighting Falcons News Release


The Port Huron Fighting Falcons, proud members of the North American Hockey League are pleased to announce they have signed their 2012 7th round draft pick Lucas Little to a 2013-2014 Tender.

Little, a Traverse City native, is currently a member of the Oakland Grizzles U18 Tier 1 Elite team. The 6'0 Little has 1 goal and 10 assists in 28 games this year for the Grizzles. Little has joined the Fighting Falcons throughout this season seeing action in 2 games so far where he registered 2 assists.

Head Coach/GM Michael Gershon on the signing Little, " We knew that Lucas would be able to play in the NAHL but he needed some seasoning and he has gone to Oakland and worked really hard to improve his game. His biggest asset is his skating ability and with our style he fits into the two-way defenseman that we are looking for. He has shown in the two games he has played so far that he is ready for the next level."

December 31st against Janesville, Family 4 Pack Night- 4 tickets, 4 sodas, 4 hotdogs for $30. We will also be having another Skate with the Players after the game and we are bringing back the Wheel of Fun.

January 1st at 1:30 PM - Falcons Lottery Ticket, $1 from every walk up ticket will go into the Lottery, where one lucky fan could win a lot of money, anyone can win. The more that come the more the prize will be.
