
Falcons Release Six Home Dates

Springfield, MA - The Springfield Falcons, proud members of the American Hockey League, announced today six of their home game dates for the 2009-10 season. The Falcons will be entering their 16th AHL season.
Falcons Six Approved Home Dates For 2009-10:
Saturday, October 3
Saturday, October 17
Friday, November 13
Saturday, November 28
Friday, January 8
Saturday, January 23
"Having these six dates already set gives us an opportunity to start being creative with some different ideas to make these games attractive to fans," said Falcons President and General Manager Bruce Landon. "It's never too early to start pushing your group sales efforts and now having six approved dates gives us a head start."
Opponents and start times for these games will be announced when the complete 2009-10 American Hockey League schedule is released this summer. In operation since 1936, the AHL will again serve as the top development league for all 30 National Hockey League teams when its 74th season gets underway on Friday, October 2.
