Falcons Announce Preseason Schedule

Springfield, MA - The Springfield Falcons, proud members of the American Hockey League, announced today their preseason schedule for the 2007-08 season. The Falcons will play a total of three preseason games, including two home games at the MassMutual Center.

The Falcons two preseason home games will occur on Friday, September 28 when they host the Providence Bruins at 7:30 PM. Springfield will also play host to the Hartford Wolf Pack on Saturday, September 29 with the drop of the puck scheduled for 7:00 PM. Ticket pricing for both preseason home games will be $10.00 for adults, seniors and youths. The Falcons will play one road preseason game, which will be released at a later date.

"The preseason is always a good time for our fans to receive a sneak peek of the players that will be in training camp," said Falcons President and General Manager Bruce Landon. "We are expecting to have a very competitive training camp this year as we continue to prepare for our 2007-08 regular season opener."

The Falcons are currently accepting deposits on full, half, and 10-game ticket packages for the 2007-08 season, in addition to 40 and 10-Flex Packs. Any individual who purchases a Falcons' ticket package up until opening night is automatically entered for a chance to win a trip to Edmonton, Alberta to see an Edmonton Oilers' regular season game during the 2007-08 season, all expenses paid.
