
Extreme's Temple Earns IFF honor

Bloomington Extreme defensive back James Temple has been selected as the Indoor Football Fan's defensive Player of the Week for his performance in a 41-38 United Indoor Football League victory over RiverCity last week.
Temple, a graduate of Illinois State University, led the Extreme defense with 11.5 total tackles on 10 solos and three assists. He also broke up a pass.
He has 33.5 total tackles this season for the Extreme, which puts its 3-3 record on the line Saturday in a 7:05 p.m. contest against Omaha at U.S. Cellular Coliseum.
