
Extreme ready to tackle RiverCity

Bloomington Extreme News Release
The Bloomington Extreme will be looking for its first victory of the season Saturday at 7:05 p.m. when it entertains RiverCity in United Indoor Football League action at U.S. Cellular Coliseum.
RiverCity is undefeated in three games and sets atop the East Conference. The Rage, based in St. Charles, Mo., is among three new teams in the UIF this season. The Extreme is in its second season.
The Rage is led by former Southern Illinois University standout Muhammad Abdulqaadir, who leads the league in scoring with eight touchdowns (seven rushing and one receiving). Abdulqaadir also ranks second in the league in rushing with a 61.3 yard per game average.
The 5-foot-8, 200-pounder has gained 184 yards on 53 carries for a 3.47 yards per carry average. The Rage ranks second in the league with a 92.3 yards per game average.
Wide receiver Hurtis Chinn ranks fourth with a 58.6 per game average. He has caught 15 passes for 176 yards and three touchdowns. Chinn averages 58.6 yards per game and 11.7 per catch.
Teammate Moses Regular has 14 receptions for 167 yards and three touchdowns. He averages 11.9 yards per catch and 55.6 yards per game. The Rage leads the league in total net yards with 739 in three games.
RiverCity is led defensively by a pair of former University of Illinois players in defensive back Joe Bevis and linebacker Terrell Washington. Bevis has 12 solo tackles and eight assists for 16 total points. He has 12 tackles for loss. Washington has 11 solos and 12 assists for 17 points. He also has 2.5 quarterback sacks. The Rage defense ranks second against the rush, allowing 66.6 yards per game.
The Extreme's Lamar Baker ranks sixth in tackles with 20.5 points. He has 17 solo and seven assists.
