Extreme Extend Lease and Restructure and Relocate Office Staff

BLOOMINGTON (Ill.) - The Bloomington Extreme Indoor Football Team and the U.S. Cellular Coliseum have reached an agreement, extending their current lease through the 2011 Season. The Extreme, coming off their fourth consecutive playoff appearance, will begin their sixth season as a primary tenant of the U.S. Cellular Coliseum when the 2011 season kicks off in late February. The Indoor Football League will announce their regular season schedule in late October.

The Extreme will hold a press conference, Monday, October 4, 2010 at 2 pm, which will be held at Extreme Motors' Nissan Dealership located at 2029 Ireland Grove Road in Bloomington. The press conference will be open to the public and members of the media are encouraged to attend as the organization will make an announcement pertaining to the vacant coaching position.

In addition, The Bloomington Extreme will be restructuring and relocating their Front Office staff and Office location. Beginning Monday, October 18, the Bloomington Extreme Office will be located at 2201 Eastland Drive, Suite 4, Bloomington, IL 61704. The new Bloomington Extreme office telephone number will be 309.663.8280.

The Bloomington Extreme had previously been under the management of Central Illinois Arena Management for the previous five seasons. The Extreme will now operate independently from its new location. With the lease extension, U.S. Cellular Coliseum will continue as the site for all Extreme home games.

Extreme General Manager, Beau Bradle, who has also handled the responsibilities as Assistant General Manager of Corporate Partnerships with the U.S. Cellular Coliseum, has resigned in his position with the U.S. Cellular Coliseum and Central Illinois Arena Management in order to focus solely on the position of General Manager of the Bloomington Extreme. The Extreme will introduce their new front office staff members in the coming week.

The Bloomington Extreme Indoor Football Team is a member of the Indoor Football League which is comprised of 25 teams stretching from Alaska to Richmond, VA. The IFL will kick off its third season, while the Bloomington Extreme will begin their sixth season while looking for their 5th consecutive playoff birth.
