WINDSOR, ON.- The Brampton A's fell 104-90 to the defending champions Windsor Express Thursday night. The A's are now 8-10 this season, and 1-4 in the season series against the Express.
Brampton led by as many as nine points at the beginning of the first quarter before becoming evenly matched with Windsor as the stint progressed. The Express managed to go on a run that ultimately set the tone for the rest of the game as the A's found themselves down by 11 at the end of the first half.
Brent Jennings led Brampton with 11 points as six rebounds heading to the locker room at the half. Quinnel Brown led all scorers with 16 points early on for the Express.
Windsor maintained control of the contest and held on to its double digit lead for the remainder of the game. Brampton received a great effort from its bench as they registered 37 points, along with the advantage in the paint.
Jennings concluded the game with a double double of 22 points and 10 rebounds. Windsor's Brown led all scorers with 30 points.
