Explosion at Monroe Community Egg Hunt

Monroe, WA. - March 28, 2009 - Explosion Mascot "Boomer" will make an appearance at the Monroe Community Egg Hunt. This year's event will be held on Saturday April 11th, 2009 @ Lake Tye Park. This is the 13th year that the Egg Hunt has been held in Monroe and thousands of citizens look forward to this event. Last year the community enjoyed having "Boomer" along with the Easter Bunny & other local business mascots at the egg hunt. "During these tough economic times, we understand the difficult situation many of our community's charitable organizations are facing and we have expanded our Easter Egg hunt support this year to help accommodate these great events," said Courtyard Media Foundation President, Nathan Mumm.

We have expanded our support to the following Easter Egg hunts near you:

April 4th

* Flashlight Egg Hunt For 3rd - 8th graders North Lynnwood Neighborhood Park 18570 44th Ave W, Hunt begins promptly at 7:30 pm April 11th

* Arlington city egg hunt, 11 a.m. and 2 p.m. Saturday, behind the Stillaguamish Athletic Club, 4417 172nd St. NE, near the Arlington Airport.

* Country Village Eggs-travaganza, 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. Saturday, Country Village shops, 23718 Seventh Ave. SE, Bothell.

* Marysville Parks and Recreation Easter egg hunt, 10 to 11 a.m. Saturday, Jennings Memorial Park, 6915 Armar Road. April 12th

* Lake Stevens Kiwanis egg hunt, 1 p.m. Sunday, Highland Elementary School, 3220 113th Ave. NE, Lake Stevens.

* Snohomish's 28th annual Easter festivities, Saturday in downtown Snohomish. Free activities include an Easter egg hunt at 9 a.m. at Harvey Field for ages 12 and under.
