ESTERO, FL - The Florida Everblades finished off this past week's action with a perfect 3-0-0 record, which extended their current winning streak to six games. Overall, the Everblades enter this week's action with a record of 15-9-0 (30 pts., 2nd South Division.)

Wednesday. Friday. & Saturday., Dec. 8, 10 & 11 vs. Greenville Road Warriors Wed. & Fri.: 7:30 p.m. / Sat.: 7:00 p.m.

GAME NOTES: The Everblades return home for a South Division showdown against the Greenville Road Warriors for three games at Germain Arena. Both teams enter this week on a six-game winning streak, and the Road Warriors currently hold a three point lead over the Everblades in the division standings. Head to head, the Road Warriors have won four of the first five meetings between the teams including the last three. This week's games are the first time the Everblades will be on home ice vs. Greenville this season and overall are the sixth, seventh and eighth games of 15 this year between the two clubs. Entering this week's action the Road Warriors boast a record of 16-5-1 (33 pts., 1st South Division) and are 9-1-0 in their last ten games.

Wednesday night is another Dollar Deal Wednesday where fans can enjoy dollar hot dogs courtesy of Dietz & Watson and dollar domestic draft beers courtesy of Budweiser from 6:30 - 7:30 p.m. Also college ladies get in for free on Wednesday's by showing their current college ID at the Box Office and park for free, all courtesy of 105.5 The Beat!

Friday night is the first season ticket holder redemption night! Season ticket holders who have unused tickets from past games played this season can turn them in for tickets to this game at the TIB Bank Box Office. In order to redeem unused tickets, all tickets must be brought to the box office at least 24 hours prior to the selected redemption night. All tickets that are exchanged must be games that have already been played. Please also be advised that this is not a quick process for the box office personnel because they must check every ticket to make sure they were unused, so please try to redeem your unused tickets as far in advance as possible.

Saturday night is our annual Teddy Bear Toss! We ask all fans to bring a new, unwrapped stuffed toy to the game and toss it on the ice when the Everblades score their first goal. All the collected stuffed toys will be donated to SW Florida area youth charities including Toys for Tots and the Children's Hospital of Southwest Florida. There will also be a post-game jersey auction of the specialty holiday jersey's worn by the Everblades during the weekend. A portion of the proceeds from the auction will benefit the Deb Kelsey Foundation.

Wednesday, December 1 at Kalamazoo Wings 5-2 Win

The Everblades pushed their winning streak to four games with a solid 5-2 win at Kalamazoo. Francis Lemieux led the way with a hat-trick and four points. Mike McKenzie and Matthew Pistilli chipped in the other goals while Mitch Fadden contributed three assists. In goal Jaroslav Janus picked up his second straight win a career-high 49 shots. Florida Special Teams: PP: 2-of-7; PK: 6-of-7.

Friday, December 3 at Cincinnati Cyclones 4-2 Win

The Everblades kept their winning ways going with a hard-fought 4-2 win at Cincinnati on Friday night. After allowing the first goal early in the opening period, the Everblades ripped off the next three from Jared Staal, Francis Lemieux and Mike McKenzie to open a 3-1 lead. The Cyclones cut the lead to one before McKenzie's second goal of the night put the game out of reach. In goal Bobby Goepfert ran his personal win streak to three with 34 saves. Florida Special Teams: PP: 1-of-1; PK: 2-of-2.

Saturday, December 4 at Cincinnati Cyclones 5-3 Win

The Everblades finished off their five-game road trip with a strong 5-3 win at Cincinnati. Paced by five first period goals the Everblades ran their winning streak to six with the effort. Francis Lemieux kept his hot-streak rolling with two goals and two assists and Alex Hutchings contributed two goals and one assist. Matt Beca tallied the other Everblades goal and Mitch Fadden recorded another three assist game. In net Jaroslav Janus won his third straight start after stopping 28 of 31 shots. Florida Special Teams: PP: 3-of-7; PK: 1-of-1.

Player of the Week Nominee: This weeks ECHL Player of the Week nominee is F Francis Lemieux who had nine points (6g, 3a) and was a plus-3 in three games. Lemieux began the week with a hat-trick and four points on Wednesday at Kalamazoo, then notched a goal on Friday night at Cincinnati before rounding out the week with two goals and two assists on Saturday night at Cincinnati. The Everblades' nominee for goaltender of the week is Jaroslav Janus who was 2-0-0 with a 2.50 goals against average and a .939 save percentage. Janus began the week with the win on Wednesday night at Kalamazoo facing a career-high 51 shots, then collected the victory on Saturday night at Cincinnati making 28 saves.

Special Teams Breakdown: Entering this week, here's a look at the Everblades power play and penalty killing: On the power play the Everblades rank 2nd in the ECHL at 23.6 % (29-of-123)...at home the Blades are ranked 1st in the league at 26.5 % (13-of-49)...on the road the Everblades rank 4th at 21.6 % (16-of-74). On the penalty kill the Everblades find themselves 2nd in the ECHL at 88.6 % (93-of-105)...at home the Everblades enter the week ranked 2nd at 91.5 % (43-of-47)...on the road the Blades are currently 7th at 86.2 % (50-of-58).

League Leaders: Coming into this week the Everblades boast three of the league's top five scorers. Mitch Fadden is pacing the league with his 36 points and right behind him with 31 points is Francis Lemieux. Forward Matthew Pistilli rounds out the trio tied for fourth in the league with 27 points...Additionally both Alex Imbeault and Pistilli are tied for the league lead in goals with 13 and Fadden leads the ECHL in assists with his 27 while Lemieux sits third in the league in assists with his 21...Imbeault is also currently leading the league with seven power play goals and Fadden is tops in the ECHL in power play points with 17...Goaltending wise, Bobby Goepfert ranks 13th in the ECHL in goals against average with a 2.69 mark and is also tied for second in the league with his eight wins, while also ranking 4th in the league with 408 saves.

Power Surge!: The Everblades' power play unit has been rolling of late. On the man advantage the Everblades have notched at least one goal in five straight games (9-of-25, 36.0%).

Approaching Milestones: Here's a look at Everblades that are approaching milestones in the careers: D Trevor Hendrikx is five points away from 100 in his professional career...F Mathieu Roy is 15 points away from recording 100 points as a member of the Everblades...F Alex Imbeault finds himself 16 points shy of 200 in his career...D Mike Egener is nine games shy of playing in his 300th career game...F Ross Carlson is just three games away from playing in his 200th career game...F Francis Lemieux is 16 games away from skating in his 300th career game.

Who's Hot: Several Everblades are currently riding hot streaks. Here's a look at who's done what lately: F Mitch Fadden is currently riding a seven-game point scoring streak (1g, 13a) and has at least one assist in six straight games...F Francis Lemieux has collected points in four straight games (6g, 6a) and has points in six of the last seven games...F Matthew Pistilli is currently riding a three-game point scoring streak (4g, 3a) and has notched a point in seven of his last nine games played...F Mike McKenzie has notched a point now in five straight games (7g, 1a)...both goaltenders Bobby Goepfert and Jaroslav Janus have won three straight starts...Goepfert has posted a 1.33 GAA in his three wins and Janus has a 2.33 GAA in his three games.
