Everblades Announce Radio Broadcast Partnership

ESTERO, FL - The Florida Everblades proudly announced today that they have signed into a radio broadcasting partnership for the 2010-11 season with The Avenue 1410/1660 AM.

The Avenue, 1410 in Ft. Myers and 1660 in Naples, will carry a minimum 65 of the Everblades 72 regular season games live and will carry all Everblades 2011 Kelly Cup Playoff games. In addition, The Avenue will stream live audio of all Everblades games, regular season and playoffs, via their website at www.avenuefla.com .

"We are excited and look forward to a strong partnership with The Avenue," said Everblades President Craig Brush. "Two things we think our fans will be most excited about is that The Avenue's signal reaches our entire marketplace and that they will be carrying nearly all of our games on air and will also provide internet coverage for all games. We also think that their format will appeal to a large cross section of our fans."

The Avenue 1410/1660 is owned by Sovereign City Broadcast Group out of Green Bay, Wisconsin. The Avenue also features a multi - genre mix of music featuring a balanced blend of classic and contemporary cool that you won't hear anywhere else. The Avenue is a mixture of vocal based light jazz and blues.

In addition to their music format, The Avenue also has a sports side to it. The Avenue is the proud home of The Chicago Bears, Miami Hurricanes Football, High School Football in Lee and Collier County, the NFL Game of the week and features great local programming such as The Golf Doctor and The Backyard Blues.
