SPOKANE, Wash. - The Spokane Empire has traded rookie defensive lineman Bryon Bennett to the Sioux Falls Storm in exchange for veteran IFL offensive lineman Mike Trice.

Mike played his collegiate career at Hofstra University (NY) from 2005-2009 where he started in 25 of the 37 games he played in, mostly at guard. He played his prep career at Holy Trinity High School in Hicksville, New York.
