
El Paso Generals GM Dart Clark Resigns

EL PASO, TX. : The El Paso Generals officially announced early afternoon on Tuesday, July 7 that Dart Clark, General Manager of the El Paso Generals, has resigned. Clark's resignation came late afternoon on Monday, July 6 following the Fourth of July weekend in which the Generals defeated the Rochester Raiders from the El Paso County Coliseum.
Clark was hired as General Manager for El Paso back in February of 2009 taking over for Marcus Loyola, the Generals first GM who was hired back in October of 2008.
"Dart has decided to seek other career opportunities. However, we have appreciated all his hard work and efforts in contributing to the Generals inaugural season. We wish him and his wife Terri all the best." stated one spokesman from Allegiance Pro Sports Inc.
Additionally, Dart's wife, Terri Clark, has resigned as Director of Sales for the El Paso Generals. Both Dart and Terri have held extensive experience in sales, marketing & media. No additional announcements from the El Paso Generals were made in regards to additions made in the front office.
The El Paso Generals have one regular season game remaining before the team begins their post-season run. El Paso travels to San Angelo to face the Stampede Express on Saturday, July 11. Kickoff is scheduled for 7:00 p.m. from the San Angelo Coliseum.
