San Jose Earthquakes News Release
SAN JOSE, Calif. - The San Jose Earthquakes and Toronto FC played to a 2-2 road draw on Saturday at BMO Field. Forward Jeremy Ebobisse scored his tenth goal of the season while midfielder Jack Skahan scored his first MLS goal and the Quakes' equalizer.
The Earthquakes are now preparing for two matches this week, first traveling to Southern California to face the LA Galaxy at Dignity Health Sports Park on Wednesday, July 13, before hosting Houston Dynamo FC at PayPal Park on Sunday, July 17.
Wednesday's match will kick off at 7 p.m. PT and will be broadcast nationally on FOX Sports 1 and FOX Deportes. Sunday's game is slated for 6:30 p.m. PT and will be broadcast on NBC Sports California. The two matchups will also include radio coverage on KNBR 1050 (English), and 1370 KZSF (Spanish).

The Quakes earned one point in a 2-2 road draw against Toronto FC on Saturday, extending San Jose's unbeaten streak against Toronto to four.
Double-Digit Scoring
Forward Jeremy Ebobisse scored his tenth goal of the season and is also now one goal away from tying his career-high (11) in 2019 and is the first American Quakes player to score double-digit goals since Chris Wondolowski (15) in 2019.
First MLS Goal
Midfielder Jack Skahan scored his first MLS goal. His goal marked the Quakes' 2-2 equalizer on Saturday.
Assist Contributors
Jackson Yueill and Benji Kikanović each tallied an assist, marking their first assist of the season. Kikanović has now tallied two goals and one assist in the last two matches.
Defending our Net
Goalkeeper JT Marcinkowski made four saves on Saturday. He now ranks first in MLS with 68 saves this season.

Winning on the Road
The Quakes have won three of their last five road matches against the LA Galaxy, most recently defeating them 2-1 in their last visit to Dignity Health Sports Park on Aug. 20, 2021.
Knowing the Opponent
Jeremy Ebobisse, who currently leads San Jose in goals (10), scored his first Quakes goal against LA in the team's last visit to Carson. Ebobisse has scored seven goals against the LA Galaxy in his MLS career.

Wednesday's game will be the first of two matchups between the clubs this season. The Quakes will next host the LA Galaxy on Saturday, Sept. 24 for the California Clasico at Stanford Stadium.

Earthquakes Transfer Defender Francisco Calvo to Konyaspor
The San Jose Earthquakes announced last Thursday that the club has transferred defender Francisco Calvo to Turkish Süper Lig side Konyaspor for an undisclosed fee. Calvo, 29, joined the Earthquakes ahead of the 2022 season following five years in Major League Soccer with Minnesota United FC and Chicago Fire FC. He made 13 appearances for San Jose, scoring two goals and tallying one assist.
Earthquakes to Host Ninth Annual Wine and Dine on September 18
The Earthquakes announced last Thursday that the club will host its ninth annual Wine and Dine with the Quakes event on Sunday, Sept. 18 from 3:30-7:30 p.m. PT at The GlassHouse SJ in Downtown San Jose. All proceeds will benefit the Quakes Foundation, which promotes unity through sport and facilitates programs that combat food insecurity and produce positive change for local youth and families in the community with an emphasis on health and fitness.
Earthquakes Announce Education Partnership with Laurel Springs School
The San Jose Earthquakes announced last Wednesday an education partnership with Laurel Springs School, a leading private online school offering K-12 and postgraduate programs, to create a new standard for the San Jose Earthquakes Academy's academic programming. Student-athletes on the Quakes Academy U15 and U17 boys' squads will enroll in Laurel Springs School, and will benefit from the self-paced, mastery-based education model with the flexibility to train, travel, and compete at a high level, while receiving a premier, college-prep education.
EARTHQUAKES II UPDATE
Earthquakes II defeated North Texas SC 3-1 on Sunday at Choctaw Stadium in Arlington, Texas. The win sees Quakes II extend their unbeaten match streak to six and improve to a 4-3-1 record on the road. For match highlights, click here.
Quakes II will next hit the road again to face Colorado Rapids 2 on Friday, July 15. Kickoff from the University of Denver Soccer Stadium is scheduled for 3 p.m. PT and the match will be broadcast live on MLSNEXTPro.com.

The documentary series provide a detailed look at Quakes Academy training sessions and tactical meetings, as well as their involvement in the 2022 Generation adidas Cup, where they faced powerhouses Manchester United and River Plate.
