Friday, Jan. 12 vs. Yakama Sun Kings @ Sun Dome Yakama, Washington-7:00 p.m.
The Sun Kings host the Eagles for the fourth time this season with Friday being the second game in the two-game series in three nights ... Utah and Yakama are tied the season series 2-2 ... The Sun Kings claimed the last two games, 99-92 at the Sun Dome Wednesday and the last game in Salt Lake City 101-83 ... The Eagles are 1-1 against the Sun Kings at home lifetime. Utah won during a previous visit to the Sun Dome, winning 95-90 behind Rob Griffin and John Millsap. Utah had 6 players in double figures in the win.
Friday, Jan. 16 vs. Butte Daredevils @ Salt Lake Community College -7:00 p.m.
Eagles Forward Bryant Markson signed with Macabi Rishon in Israel. The forward averaged 18 points a game and led the CBA in field goal percentage. The Eagles are 5-1heading into the Friday match up in Yakama ... Rashaan Smith, a 7 foot center from Fresno State makes his second appearance for Head Coach Scott Fields.

Griffin in top 5: Rob Griffin is currently 5th in scoring in the CBA with a 21.3 points per game average. Bryant Markson was 11th before leaving for Israel, and John Millsap is 13th at 18.3 points per game. Ralphy Holmes leads Yakama with 18.1 points per game, good for 14th in the league.
Off the glass: Sun Kings forward Ben Ebong leads the CBA in rebounding with 9.6 caroms per game. Galen Young is 3rd with 8.6 boards, while Ralphie Holmes is 8th with 7.7. John Millsap leads the Eagles with 8.0 rebounds a game, good for 6th in the league. Ebong and Millsap are 1st and 2nd off the offensive glass with 3.6 and 3.5 offensive rebounds a game.
From the floor, from the line: Markson led the league in field goal percentage , while Chris Alexander now holds the top stop with 61 percent from the floor. Rob Griffin leads the league from the charity stripe, connecting on 93 percent of his attempts. Arceneaux is fourth with 91 percent.
Beyond the lines
Eddy Barlow ranks second in the CBA in 3 point shooting at 52 percent. Rob Griffin is 5th at 43 percent. Chris Alexander is 4th in the league in blocks with 2.3 per game..

Frank Layden Appreciation Night is in the works for a future home game in Salt Lake City. The Eagles will also host Police and Firefighter Appreciation Night at January home games.
