
Eagles Resume Action this Weekend at First-Place Janesville

After a weekend off, the Soo Eagles resume North American Hockey League play this Friday and Saturday, when they travel to Janesville, Wisconsin, to take on the Jets. Game time both nights is 7:00 pm (CST).

The Eagles are led in scoring by Sandis Zolmanis, who has 10 goals and 24 assists this season. Trevor Cope has 14 goals and 19 assists, while Keegan Miller is (13-18- 31).
The Jets are led in scoring by Zach Lavalle, who has 16 goals and 24 assists this season. Evan Feno has 8 goals and 29 assists, while Brandon Schultz is (16-20- 36).
Jack Berry is 10-7-0-1 on the season for the Soo Eagles, with a goals against average of 3.01 and a save percentage of .906. Sean Keating is 10-9-0-0, with a GAA of 3.14 and a SV% of .899.
Matt Jurusik is 17-5-0-0 on the season for the Janesville Jets, with a goals against average of 2.00 and a save percentage of .922. Blake Weyrick is 4-1-0-0, with a GAA of 1.53 and a SV% of .938.
The Eagles have met the Jets six times this season, with Janesville taking five of the contests, including all four in Janesville. These teams will meet two more times this season, on January 30-31 at Pullar Stadium, which are the Eagles next home games.
