RAPID CITY, S.D. - The Colorado Eagles have won their third Governors' Cup as regular season champions of the Central Hockey League. With just over 24 hours remaining in the 2008-09 season, Colorado has secured the best possible record in the league via Mississippi's loss to Bossier-Shreveport. The Eagles previously won the Governor's Cup in 2004-05 and 2005-06. The 2009 playoff schedule will be released as soon as possible. Check www.ColoradoEagles.com for the most up-to-date information.
