Duke City Gladiators Set Broadcasting Deals for 2016 Season

Albuquerque, N.M. - With just over 2 weeks until The Duke City Gladiators kick off the 2016 season, things are falling into place to ensure a successful one. Of these, the Gladiators have sealed media broadcasting deals that include a radio partner as well as television. Fans this season will be able to hear all the home and away action on three radio stations as well as watch on cable TV and online.

The Gladiators are focused on a break out 2nd season as the organization officially had a full year to prepare. Preparations include a radio deal that will give the Gladiators exposure on three radio stations across the Albuquerque area. Duke City has partnered with Rock of Talk LLC which is an Albuquerque based media company that operates three frequencies including 95.9 FM, 107.5 FM and AM 1600. Rock of Talk General Manager Eddy Aragon said, "We're excited to bring all of the Duke City Gladiators games to the airwaves on a powerful radio signal in the Albuquerque market. Listeners will be able to tune to the 10,000 watt signal of KIVA plus the simulcast signal on 95.9 FM and 107.5 FM." Fans will also be able to listen to the games online from virtually anywhere around the world.

With radio in mind, Gladiators games will also be televised. Fans will be able to catch all the games on Comcast cable channel 26 in the Albuquerque area. A deal between the Gladiators and Proview Networks LLC was renewed as Proview provided broadcasting of Gladiator homes games last season. President of Proview Steve Davis said, "We are ecstatic to be a part of another season with the Gladiators. Broadcasting the Duke City games solidifies our partnership into the future and beyond." This season, Proview will focus on bringing all home and away games to TV for fan viewing. Comcast channel 26 is available to approximately 100,000 cable subscribers in the greater Albuquerque area.

If fans are unable to watch on TV, they have the option to watch the stream online. This year, Champions Indoor Football (CIF) has teamed up with online streaming provider EverSport. All games will be available to watch for Free. Available links for the games will be posted on the Duke City Gladiators website.
