* The Dream erased a 16-point deficit to defeat the LA Sparks 89-81. Atlanta remains in first place in the Eastern Conference with an overall record of 11-4.

* The Dream is 9-1 in games where they score 80 or more points.

* Iziane Castro Marques led three Dream players in double figures with 25 points, her fifth 20+ point game this season. Castro Marques was 4-6 from beyond the arc.

* Angel McCoughtry finished with 19 points, eight rebounds and five assists. McCoughtry has scored in double figure in every game for the Dream. * Sancho Lyttle finished with her eighth double double of the season, recording 12 points and 11 rebounds.

* The Dream trailed 49-38 at halftime but went on an 11-4 run to start the third quarter.

* The Dream went on key run with just over 7 minutes remaining in the fourth quarter. Armintie Price stole the ball from Ticha Penicheiro and converted a layup on the other end to tie the game at 69. Iziane Castro Marques followed with a 3-pointer to extend the Dream's lead to 72-69.

* Center Yelena Leuchanka tied her season high with eight points off the bench and added four rebounds and three steals. Guard Armintie Price added 8 points, five rebounds and four assists off the bench.

* The Dream struggled from the line, converting 19-35 free throws, compared to 22-26 for the Sparks.

* The Sparks dropped to 3-10 on the season and remained winless (0-6) on the road.

* The Sparks had 24 turnovers which the Dream converted into 29 points. The Sparks were outscored 16-6 on fast break points.

* Kristi Toliver led the Sparks with a season-high 19 points on 6-13 shooting from the field.

* DeLisha Milton-Jones finished with her first double-double of the season, recording 19 points and 11 rebounds.

* Noelle Quinn added 15 points and eight rebounds and Tina Thompson finished with 10 for the Sparks.

* Ticha Penicheiro added nine points, 10 assists and six rebounds.

* The Sparks were without forward Candace Parker and guard Betty Lennox. Parker is scheduled to have surgery on her left shoulder and will miss the remainder of the season.
