Dragons Playoff Run to Continue Sunday in Dayton

Dayton, Ohio - The Dayton Dragons will open the semi-final round of the 2008 playoffs on Sunday against the South Bend Silver Hawks at Fifth Third Field in Dayton. The game will start at 7:00 p.m. After Sunday night's game in Dayton, the series will move to South Bend for its completion.

Midwest League Eastern Division Championship Series (League Semi-Finals)

Sunday, Sept. 7: South Bend at Dayton, 7:00 p.m. (WING 1410 AM)

Monday, Sept. 8: Dayton at South Bend, 6:30 p.m. (Kiss Country 101.7 FM)

Tuesday, Sept. 9: Dayton at South Bend, 6:30 p.m. (if necessary) (WING 1410 AM)

Individual tickets for Sunday's game are available. Call the Dayton Dragons Box Office at (937) 228-2287. The box office will open at 12:00 noon on Sunday.

Note that all playoff games with the exception of Monday night's game will be heard on WING 1410 AM. Monday night's game will be heard on Kiss Country 101.7 FM.

If the Dragons advance to the Championship Series:

Wednesday, Sept. 10: Dayton at Western Division Champion

Thursday, Sept. 11: Dayton at Western Division Champion

Friday, Sept. 12: Western Division Champion at Dayton, 7:00 p.m.

Saturday, Sept. 13: Western Division Champion at Dayton, 7:00 p.m. (if necessary)

Sunday, Sept. 14: Western Division Champion at Dayton, 7:00 p.m. (if necessary)

First Round Recap:

Wednesday, Sept. 3: Dayton 3, Lansing 1.

Thursday, Sept. 4: Dayton 7, Lansing 3.
