Dodgers to assist American Red Cross

Vero Beach Devil Rays News Release


The Vero Beach Dodgers will welcome the American Red Cross to the August 21st game vs. Brevard County Manatees. The American Red Cross will be seeking donations for the relief effort from the damage of Hurricane Charley. The Dodgers will be holding a raffle during the game with all the proceeds going to the American Red Cross. Fans will have the chance to win Dodger merchandise such as a signed Eric Gagne Poster, an autographed Adrian Beltre baseball and game-worn Spring Training jerseys. Make sure you come out on the 21st to assist the Red Cross.

Remember it is also our Back-to-School Night sponsored by the Press Journal. The first 1000 children will receive a VBD school binder featuring all-star catcher Russell Martin. There is also a huge post-game fireworks show. Gates open at 5:30pm and the first pitch is at 6:30pm.
