Discounted Tickets Offered to College Students and Military Personnel
April 17, 2006 - National Indoor Football League (NIFL)
The Marshals News Release
Cincinnati, OH - The Cincinnati Marshals are proud to extend a special offer to all military personnel and college students. Throughout the entire 2006 season, any person showing a military or college student identification card at the U.S. Bank Arena box office will receive one free Rookie ticket when purchasing any two tickets at the regular price.
"The Cincinnati Marshals appreciate those men and women who put their lives on the line so that our families are safe," says partner PJ Conboy. "We just want them to know how much they mean to the team. So, we thought we would give them what we can as a team - a break on prices and a great time at the game."
The Marshals love being part of the Cincinnati community. And part of that community stems from the rich heritage of the local colleges and universities. "We know what it's like to be a college student," says Deontey Kenner. "It's not easy. Money's tight. So it feels good for us to be offering a low-cost option for the college kids to take a break and have some fun."
The Marshals return home April 22 when they entertain the River City Rage. Tickets for all remaining Marshals home games are available at the U.S. Bank Arena box office, all Ticketmaster locations including select Kroger stores, online at Ticketmaster.com or call 513-562-4949. Season tickets and group rates are available by calling the Marshals offices at 513-381-TURF.
