Tri-City Diesel News Release
Kearney, NE â The Tri-City Diesel will be looking to increase their Pacific South Division record to 6-0 with a win this Saturday over the Oklahoma Crude. The Diesel are coming off an impressive 72-32 win over the Wichita Falls Thunder last week in the Diesel Dome. This will be the third and final time that the Diesel and Crude will square off this season. The Diesel have won both of the previous meetings against the Crude by scores of 58-42 and 40-18. However this game could be a little different as the Crude has hired a new head coach to turn things around. "Coach Gale is a quality coach and without a doubt the best coach that the Crude has had thus far. We have already noticed a significant difference in the scheme and quality of play in the Crude since he has taken over. We are expecting a very tough game on Saturday," said Diesel Head Coach, Robert Fuller.
Kickoff is scheduled for 7:30 pm on Saturday, May 29th at the Tri-City Arena. Tickets are also available and can be purchased by calling the Tri-City Arena Box Office at 308-338-8011.
