Tri-City Diesel News Release
Kearney, Nebraska-After a heartbreaking finish to their home opener, the Tri-City Diesel is looking to bounce back against the Wichita Falls Thunder on Saturday, April 3rd in Texas.
The Diesel is working to step it up defensively this week. The Defensive Coordinator Mike Brown stated, "The goal for this week is more ball pressure. Teams are pretty comfortable dropping back and passing against us and we need to do something to disrupt their comfort level and timing."
The Diesel will take on the Thunder who will be playing their first Divisional game, however they are 1-1 overall. Wichita Falls has two games under their belt and will host the Diesel for their home opener. This makes things even more difficult for the Tri-City Diesel. The Diesel is 1-0 in Division play and will need to get a win at Wichita Falls in order to stay at the top spot in the Pacific South Division.
