"After witnessing Springfield, an AHL city, be affected by a natural disaster, we wanted to team with the American Red Cross to make an impact on the Capital Region and any location struck by catastrophe," said Devils Executive Director Chris Ciceri. "It's important to be ready and prepared for anything and we hope our fans will be willing to help."

The Blood Drive will be at 2228 Western Ave., Guilderland, NY. Donors are encouraged to schedule an appointment by calling 1-800-RED CROSS or by visiting redcrossblood.org. The team's mascot Devil Dawg will be joined by the Albany Devils Street Team providing interactive games and contests.
