
Detroit Picks up 107-102 Road Win over Mid-Michigan

(Bay City, MI) The Mid Michigan Destroyers made a strong second half comeback in their home debut but fell short of the complete rally as they were defeated by the Detroit Panthers, 107-102. Trailing by 18 (55-37) at halftime, the home team cut the lead to eight going into the final stanza but could never get over the hump.
Leading scorers for the Destroyers were Troy Coleman with 20, Odgra Bobo with 19 and a trio of players with 12 (Chuck Reed, Eugene Seals, Luke Lloyd). Leading all scorers was Panther guard, Stane's Bufford with 26.
The Destroyers are back in action tomorrow at home versus the Augusta Groove. Game time is 5:05pm (game time changed from 1:05) and will be held at Bay City Western HS. Tickets are available at 989.244.1156 or info@jjknhoops.com.
