Desrosiers Recalled to AHL Texas

Boise, ID-Steelheads Head Coach and Director of Hockey Operations Neil Graham announced on Thursday that goaltender Philippe Desrosiers has been recalled to the American Hockey League's Texas Stars. Desrosiers is under NHL contract with the Dallas Stars.

Desrosiers, 21, was sent to Idaho on November 27th and played five games with the Steelheads. Desrosiers was 1-1-1 with the Steelheads with a 3.63 goals-against average and a .907 save percentage. Including his time spent with Idaho last year, the 2013 Dallas second-round pick is 16-8-7 in his ECHL career with a 2.49 goals-against average and a .912 save percentage.

Desrosiers is 2-2-0 this season with Texas, appearing in seven games
