POSITION BATTLE: RJ Simpson and Ricky Williams are in a heated battle for the right guard position. "Both are doing a good job,'' said Head Coach Ervin Bryson. "It is going to be interesting to see what the outcome will be once the season begins."
KEAN ON KWASE: Coach Bryson wanted to showcase WR/DB Kwasie Kwaku during Wednesday's practice, saying that "he is showing some great improvement. He is working hard, learning the defense and different coverage's but most of all his feet work has gotten much better."
PERFECT PRACTICE: "Today was one of the best practices we have ever had. To see the team actually coming together and working like they did today really showed some great improvement," Bryson said. "Quarterbacks Travis Wilson and Marcus Walker are working well together they have been studying film, learning the difference defenses, and figuring out what works against them."
