SPRINGFIELD, Mass. - The American Hockey League announced today that Wilkes-Barre/Scranton Penguins defenseman David Warsofsky has been added to the Atlantic Division's roster for the 2017 AHL All-Star Classic presented by Capital BlueCross, to be held January 29-30 at PPL Center in Allentown, Pa.
In addition, the AHL announced that Wilkes-Barre/Scranton forward Jake Guentzel will be unavailable for the event.
Warsofsky has recorded eight goals and 21 assists for 29 points in 27 games played, as well as a league-leading plus-27 rating. He is currently tied for fifth among AHL defensemen in scoring.
