
Darling Called up to Hamilton

SOUTHAVEN, Miss. - The Mississippi RiverKings announced today that goaltender Scott Darling has been called up to the Hamilton Bulldogs of the American Hockey League (AHL).
"We're very happy for Scott and this opportunity he has," RiverKings Head Coach and Director of Hockey Operations Derek Landmesser said. "We wish him the best of luck in the American League."
This is the University of Maine product's second stint in the AHL this season. He was loaned to the Charlotte Checkers in February and did not appear in any games.
Darling appeared in 35 regular season games for the RiverKings, compiling a 15-17-1 record with a 2.92 goals against average and a 90.5 save percentage.
The Bulldogs currently sit in fifth place in the North Division of the Western Conference with a 32-31-2-5 record.
