
Darcy Campbell Loaned to Oklahoma City

Hoffman Estates, IL - The Chicago Express, proud member of the ECHL and proud affiliate of the NHL's Columbus Blue Jackets, announced today that D Darcy Campbell has been loaned to the Oklahoma City Barons of the American Hockey League, while F Mike Thomas has been recalled by the Springfield Falcons.
Campbell has been loaned to the American Hockey League's Oklahoma City Barons, marking his third trip to the AHL this season. He had previously played three games with Springfield collecting two PIM. The Airdrie, Alberta, native has played in 26 games for the Chicago Express this season, scoring 18 points on two goals and 16 assists. Campbell earned his 100th North American professional point on Friday, December 9, with a first period assist against the Kalamazoo Wings.
Thomas was recalled by Chicago's AHL affiliate, the Springfield Falcons. Thomas appeared in two games with the Express last weekend, on Saturday and Sunday, both against the Greenville Road Warriors.
The Express continue at the Sears Centre this Friday and Saturday, against the Reading Royals. Friday night is a Dollar Friday, featuring one dollar beers and one dollar hot dogs. Saturday night is Chicago Express hat giveaway night, courtesy of the Daily Herald. Puck drops at 7:30 pm for both games.
