In AHL action this weekend former Tauro captain Jon Lizotte posted a goal and an assist for the Wilkes-Barre/Scranton Penguins in their 4-2 win over the Lehigh Valley Phantoms. Mason Morelli picked up assists in each of the Hershey Bears wins over the Binghamton Devils this weekend. Casey Johnson made his debut for the South Carolina Stingrays in the ECHL after posting seven assists in 14 games for the Macon Mayhem of the SPHL. Speaking of the SPHL, Jacob Benson posted a goal in Knoxville's 2-0 win over Pensacola giving him three goals in his last five starts.

College

Reid Stafanson had a goal and an assist for UMass-Lowell in their 3-2 win over Vermont on Saturday after posting an assist in Friday's 3-1 win. Jared Brandt (Niagara), Wilmer Skoog (Boston U.), Johnny Walker (Arizona State), Aaron Grounds (AIC), and Tyler Jeanson (Colgate) each had assists on the weekend for their schools.

At the NCAA DIII level Michael Talbot leads St. Scholastica with 13 points in 11 games and Austin Martinsen's 12 points through five games is a team best for Augsburg. Ryan Green has four helpers in three games for Wisconsin-Eau Claire in his freshman season. Former Tauro captain Jake Dittel is now wearing a "C" for St. John's University in his senior year and has posted three helpers in seven games from the blue line.
