December 1, 2005 - NBA G League (G League) News Release
TABUSE SET FOR MWC: Albuquerque guard Yuta Tabuse is set to represent his country on home soil in next year's FIBA World Championship. Yoshiaki Sugiura, supervisor of the Japanese Basketball Association, confirmed to FIBA.com that Tabuse has made himself available for selection for the tournament, which is being held in Japan from August 19-September 3 2006.
THIS WEEK IN THE D-LEAGUE: "This Week in the D-League" a weekly, live magazine-style show premiers tonight on NBA TV at 9 p.m. In addition to highlights and up-to-the-minute D-League news, this week's guests include Florida Flame point guard Andre Barrett, D-League President Phil Evans and D-League Senior Director of Basketball Operations Chris Alpert.
