
D Hora and G Muse Headed to Lehigh Valley

Reading, PA- The playoff-bound Reading Royals announced Sunday the Philadelphia Flyers have reassigned goaltender John Muse from the Royals to the Lehigh Valley Phantoms. Additionally, defenseman Frank Hora has been recalled from loan to Lehigh Valley from Reading.
Hora, 21, recorded a plus-ten rating in March to move to a team-high plus-23. In 62 Royals games, the Cheektowaga, NY native has a goal and 14 points. His first professional goal came Jan. 21 vs. Brampton. Hora skated in three Phantoms games earlier in the season and registered a plus-six rating. In six AHL games, the 6-foot-2, 209-lb. blueliner has chipped in with an assist, four penalty minutes and a plus-six rating.
The Flyers reassigned Muse to the Royals March 27 and he won back-to-back starts Mar. 28 and Mar. 30 vs. Manchester. The wins bounced Muse to a 19-5-1-0 record, 2.24 goals against average and .931 save percentage with the Royals. In 79 career ECHL games, the 29-year-old is 46-21-6-6 with a 2.72 goals against average and .914 save percentage. He has a career save percentage of .914 at the AHL and ECHL level.
The seventh-year professional Muse is 10-1-1 with a 2.13 goals against average and .931 save percentage with Lehigh Valley this campaign. A native of East Falmouth, MA, Muse recorded a shutout against Springfield Mar. 18 in his last AHL start (23 saves). In his return to the Royals last week, he blocked 32 shots and registered his third ECHL shutout of the season as the Royals shut out Manchester, 6-0.

The Royals play two of the final three regular season games at home. On Wed., Apr. 4 at 7:00 p.m., Reading hosts the Worcester Railers at Santander Arena and has a postgame player autograph session, presented by Rieck's Printing. The regular-season finale is FANdemonium on Sat., Apr. 7 at 7:00 p.m. and the Royals are giving out prizes at every whistle. Plus, the first 2,500 fans receive a Royals rally towel, presented by Tower Health.
