February 12, 2009 - SPHL (SPHL)
Twin City Cyclones News Release
Are you ready for Love on the Ice? This Friday is Red Out Night as the Twin City Cyclones in partnership with the American Heart Association, skate to raise awareness and funds for American Heart Month. As RED OUT Night, fans will be sporting their red to show their support for heart health. The AHA mascot "Thumper" will be on the ice and healthy heart information will be available; in addition to great prizes, and fun filled activities for the children throughout the evening. The romance will also be heating up as hockey fans could be taking away a pair of diamond earrings, dinner for two or dozens of roses. Heart disease and stroke are the #1 and #3 killers of both men and women, accounting for over one third of all deaths in America. Come cheer on the Cyclones, and sport your red for a cause.
